1911 Procedural Animation
A generic 1911 handgun firing in slow motion. This animation was done procedurally with SideFX Houdini. Compositing was done in After Effects.


Houdini Modeling 101
This is my very first model and render done in SideFX Houdini. These images were generated from less than 24 hours of total exposure to the program.


!WIP! - Reunion - !WIP!
Work in Progress. This animation was done in Alias Maya using the default software renderer. The goal of this piece is to experiment with Maya's animation toolset. This project is currently on hold because of school.


Draconis Gunship 3.0
This was a model created and rendered in 3D Studio Max, and used as a reference for Reunion. I've recreated this spaceship over the years to guage my growth as a 3D artist. Click to see failed attempts...

Inspire 07 - Man. Nature. Technology.
This was a 15 second title sequence for Inspire 07, a broadcast industry gathering organized by Savannah College of Art and Design.


Discovery Channel bumper - [WIP]
Here's a 15 seconed bumper for Discovery Channel. It's currently still work in progress. Compositing in After Effects, 3D done with Houdini.

Matrix Composition - Displacements
Demonstrates the basics of scripting shapes directly into a RenderMan RIB file while keeping polygon count down with proper displacement mapping.


Level of Detail - Gumball
Using level of detail, the renderer chooses the appropriate model to use based on the area of screen space occupied by the model.


RSL - Rotting Bananas
Created a custom surface shader, written in the RenderMan Shading Language, to create the illusion of a banana decaying over time.

Matte Painting - Space Station Montgomery
This was a matte painting I did from a photo of our school's tech building, Montgomery Hall. Everything was done in Photoshop.


Matte Painting - Iceworld
This matte painting was created with the intentions of applying 3D camera movements within After Effects to simulate parallax.


Typography - Morning
A 12 x 18 poster I designed focusing on inner thoughts and visual happenings of a typical morning to class. Done in Illustrator.

A website that offers MySpace users a variety of templates and graphics to populate their pages with. I'm responsible for the actual site layout, not the content.


1337 Sauce
A caffeine drink I devised from my many countless hours of playing Counter-Strike back in the day. This was all done in Maya. Textures created in Photoshop.


Web Design - HaltHate
I created this design for a non-profit organization and donated it towards their cause in educating the kids who are out of control these days.
